Exercise is one of the
most cost-effective and easy-to-live healthy walks. With exercise, the body
will always be fit, healthy and can even make you stay young.
There is a mainstream
question that is often thrown by the public is whether it has been set diet is
not required to exercise? Or vice versa if already exercising whether allowed
to eat carelessly?
A good and correct diet
is very different from EXERCISE. A good and right diet (the right diet) is more
directed at preventing increased disease (although some nutrients and
non-nutrients also improve body cells).
While the EXERCISE
itself is more instrumental in taking your disease in a unique way, either by
removing toxins through sweat, burning the remaining sugar and blood fats, or
even activate your joints.
Exercise can alleviate
illness
In essence, regular
exercise with a good diet and right will make you not sick and restore the
initial condition if you're sick.
So a good and regular
exercise with a proper diet should be done for anyone, whether sick or healthy,
of course with clear rules and limits (programmed).
EXERCISE FOR CHOLESTEROL
Any exercise should be
able to lower your cholesterol, especially bad cholesterol (LDL). If you're on
a cholesterol-lowering therapy, depending on cholesterol-lowering drugs alone
without diet and exercise is a waste of action.
The cholesterol-lowering
program should be done in a multidisciplinary way. Lifestyle changes are the
first line in a bad cholesterol-lowering program.
This lifestyle includes
avoiding high-calorie foods and cholesterol sources, as well as replacing them
with healthy foods and fiber sources.
Another lifestyle that
should be modified is to exercise. For those of you who have risk factors for
heart disease such as obesity, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol, and have a
history of heart disease in the family, then mild exercise such as walking,
jogging and the like is strongly recommended.
EXERCISE FOR DIABETES
Exercise is an important
thing that should be done by people with diabetes. When done correctly and
measurably, exercise can stabilize blood sugar levels, can even be a substitute
for the drug.
Exercise that is
considered appropriate for diabetes is weight training. This is because the
exercise is able to increase muscle mass of the body. However, weight training
should not only mean weight lifting but also exercises that use their own body
loads such as sit ups or pushups.
Diabetics also need
exercise
However, type 2 diabetes
has contraindications to exercise. If the blood sugar level is very high (above
250 mg / ld.), then the patient should not exercise weight first and sugar
levels lowered first to the figure below 200 mg / LD.
Why should it be lowered
first?
If not lowered first, then
the patient at risk of metabolic disorders called ketosis. This condition is
very dangerous and the patient can experience collapse.
In addition, exercise
should also be positioned into a lifestyle, not just for a while.
Research has shown that
people with diabetes who exercise regularly will avoid complications of
diabetes. The proof, my mother also had diabetes. The sugar content is up to
500 more and the legs have reached the pit level. However, with juice and
exercise therapy, it is now healthy again. The wound is drying out and it is
normal.
EXERCISE FOR HIGH BLOOD
Treatment of
hypertension should be done non-pharmacologically. A more non-pharmacological
approach is aerobic exercise. The reason is because of the implementation. Easy,
cheap, safe, and certainly useful.
Many forms of aerobic
exercise that can be taken by hypertensive patients, ranging from brisk
walking, jogging, aerobic exercise, and others are done voluntarily and in
accordance with the interests of the perpetrators of aerobic exercise.
EXERCISE FOR THE URAT
ACID
Joint inflammation in
gout is usually a swelling accompanied by pain that arises in certain parts of
the body such as the knees, toes, elbows, ankles, and also the wrist.
This pain appears
suddenly that often causes people with uric acid to move.
Therefore, exercise that require agility or movements that are too energetic
should be avoided by people with uric acid. The type of exercise that should be
done is an EXERCISE that is easy to do, but still useful like walking and
light gymnastics.
PREPARATION EXERCISE
To exercise must be
prepared several things, especially you’re physical. Some conditions that are
not allowed to exercise include:
• Fever
• Tooth ache
• Headache
• Early menstruation
(especially too much)
• Stomach ache
• Diarrhea
So regardless of the
reason, if you are experiencing any of the above conditions, you are not
allowed to exercise even if you feel well.
